Fundacja Mental Health Institute — an educational organisation combining neuroscience, nutrition, psychology and coaching to support psychoemotional wellbeing.
Fundacja Mental Health Institute was founded with one purpose: to make mental health knowledge accessible to everyone. We believe most people do not receive support not because they do not want it — but because they do not know where to begin.
We do not treat — we educate. Our programs give tools to understand what is happening in the body and nervous system, and to learn to work with it independently. Built on evidence-based science — neurobiology, nutrition, psychology and coaching.
A special place in our work is the topic of chronic stress and adaptation — including migration-related stress. A new language, a new system, the loss of familiar context — this is not weakness, it is physiology. And it responds to work.
All our programs are funded by Polish foundations and EU grants. Participation for our clients is free of charge.

⬇ Download statute (PDF)SANE algorithm, neurobiology of the stress response, cortisol cycle, Porges polyvagal theory. We understand how the brain and body respond to stress — and how to change it.
Nutrition, sleep and movement as tools for nervous system recovery. Concrete recommendations adapted to life in Poland.
CBT, analytical approach, work with beliefs and behavioural patterns. Certified psychologists in the team.
Live group contact is a physiological condition for recovery. The group activates the ventral vagal system, creating a sense of safety.
Every element of our programs is evidence-based. PHQ-8, GAD-7, Holmes-Rahe — we measure results before and after, not just take things on faith.
We do not treat — we educate. Every participant leaves with concrete tools that work independently, beyond the program.
Live group contact is a neurobiological tool, not just a format. The group itself is part of the recovery.
Every facilitator has been through what they talk about. Migration, adaptation stress, starting over — this is not abstraction, it is each person's personal story.
All programs are funded by EU grants and Polish foundations. Free for participants. Because support should not depend on your budget.
Every program begins with a safety procedure. If a participant's condition is beyond the scope of the program — we help find the right specialist.
I moved to Poland in 2021 — from Belarus to Warsaw. I walked the same path: a new language, a new system, the feeling that everything is starting over. This is not a metaphor — it is my personal experience, and it forms the foundation of every program we run.
Over 20 years in business and management — constant contact with people, teams and processes. Of those, 10 years in dietetics and nutrition, 5 years in coaching and group programs focused on stress, adaptation and emotional regulation. My approach — not treatment, but education: to give tools to understand what is happening in your body and nervous system, and learn to work with it independently.
